Becoming a Reseller

PCS has a purchasing policy and discount structure in place, which has been designed to better serve all our Trusted Resellers. The structure and policy is guided by a grading system, where Resellers are graded according to their purchasing patterns.

All Resellers are offered support from a Sales & Marketing perspective from the day of the first sale. Support includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • A dedicated Client Relations Manager (CRM) who will visit your store on a weekly basis or as and when there is a need
  • Market and area assessment conducted by the CRM with the support of the internal Marketing team to advise, which products may perform better in the area
  • Complimentary deliveries to your store
  • In-store activations, promotions

Minimum Requirements to Register as a Reseller: 

  • Have a registered business with CIPC
  • Have a point of sale/distribution in the form of a store or warehouse
  • Be able to purchase minimum stock of R 15 000.00 per month

Should you meet all the above requirements, please send an email to and we will send you an application form, which you will need to duly sign and complete and send back with the following attachments:

  • Copy of director(s) IDs
  • Copy of CIPC documents
  • Copy of SARS Documents (Tax clearance & VAT registration if applicable)

Kindly take note that verification process and account approval can take up to 7 working days. Once your application has been approved, you will be allocated a Client Relations Manager for your area who will:

  • Service your area weekly or bi-weekly
  • Arrange store promotions/advertising material
  • Ensure scheduled deliveries to your store
